Question:
Im trying to work out what im exactly allergic to. Ive been recently
"diagnosed" with candida and was told i have a problem with molds in
food etc. Does this apply to the environment too. I thought i had a
dust allergy for years but my symptoms don't match dust allergy. My
eyes dont water and i dont sneeze. Instead i find it rather difficult
to breathe, almost like im searching for air at times when im in
certain environments, is this a mold allergy. Can anyone shed any
light on what the symptoms are ?
Answer:
Yes, respiratory symptoms are common to mold allergy.
Of course, everyone is different in their response
and the type of mold matters too. For me, Claritin and even the OTC allergy meds give quite a bit
of relief.

I too am interested in solving my health problem which may be due to a yeast
infection. When the doctor says you have problems with molds in foods, he
might mean you have problems with fermented foods like cheese, many sausages
are also fermented. Here is a medical article about yeast infections on emedicine.
