Fatigue as the only allergy symptom?

Question:
Is it possible to have fatigue as the only symptom (or noticable symptom) of an allergy? I know I'm mildly allergic to pollen but I'm not experiencing any noticable symptoms, except for the occasional sneeze. I've been outside working for several hours everyday and the pollen count around here is high. The only thing I've noticed is that after I come inside and eat dinner, I feel very sleepy and must take a 1 to 2 hour nap. I didn't feel that way a month ago. The only thing I can think that is making me so sleepy is the pollen allergy. I think I will start taking my Claritin (Loratadine) again to see if that helps. It's the generic 12 hour kind. Any ideas at what time I should take it? Usually, I wake up in the early afternoon and 20 minutes later I go outside to work. I'm out there about 5 or 6 hrs and then 2 hrs after I come in is when I fall asleep. Should I take the medicine 20 minutes before I go out or 7 to 8 hours before I go out?

Answer:
I would take it at night- this helps me with daytime allergic re-actions. Try it and see if you feel any difference. I use to take mine in the morning, but I felt like Claritin was not helping me at all. Claritin is supposed to be non-drowsy. My doctor told me not to take my allergy pill when I felt like I had a stuffy nose or dry nasal passages.
